Crl.O.P.No.15128 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners/A2 & A3, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.06.2024, seeking bail in Crime No.320 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b) and 307 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He also submitted that the petitioners are no way connected with the alleged offence and they are suffering incarceration from 15.06.2024 and hence he prayed to grant bail to the petitioners.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police objected for granting bail stating that the petitioners along with other accused, due to the previous enmity, abused the de facto complainant in filthy language and attempted to commit murder of him by assaulting him with a knife. He further submitted that the accused were arrested only on 15.06.2024 and the investigation in this case is at initial stage.
