The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Bank made a submission that the petitioner himself has given a letter to the respondent Bank undertaking that he will withdraw the writ petition.

2.This apart, the request of the petitioner for sanction of education loan has been considered and it was sanctioned by the Bank. Thus, there is no grievance exists as of now to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
