M/S.Swarna Homes v. R.Rajkumar

C.M.P.No.14386 of 2019 in S.A.No.(SR).73833 of 2019 P.T. ASHA, J, Notice has been served on the respondents 1, 4 to 8 and they are represented by their counsel. The above application is filed for condoning the delay of 48 days in filing the above Second Appeal.

2.The reason that have been given is that by an oversight, the learned Counsel before the Lower Appellate Court has failed to apply for the certified copy of the Judgment and Decree in time, as a result of which, the delay is occasioned.

Sufficient reason has been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the delay is condoned.
