ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the interim order dated 11.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6416 of 2014, thereby ordered that any award of tender pursuant to the impugned order shall be subject to the writ petition. 2.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents complied the interim order passed by this Court and the main writ petition will be listed on 19.08.2024. 3.
