It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsels on either side that the order dated 20.12.2023 passed W.P.No.1298 of 2022 has been modified by the Division Bench, by judgment dated 20.11.2024 in W.A.No.2631 of 2024.

2. Hence, this contempt petition filed against the erstwhile order passed in the writ petition, cannot be maintained. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
