District for Corridor - 3,Phase II, Mandaiveli Metro Station more fully described in the impugned show cause notice dated 21.08.2020 as Block No.97, Survey No.4331 description shows as Ryotwori-Building, G+3, Shop-2, to an extent of 67 Sq.Mts issued in the name of S.Saravanan( brother of the petitioner), lands belonging to the petitioner herein and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and pass orders. This petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the show cause notice dated 21.08.2020 issued by the second respondent.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that even though acquisition proceedings were issued, however, they will not acquire the subject lands as the same is not required.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned learned Additional Government Pleader, no further orders are required in these petitions. Accordingly these writ petitions stands closed. No order as to costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file fresh petition if the acquisition
process is carried at any later date.
