Petitions filed under section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose and pass orders on the petitioners' representation dated 27.01.2015 seeking issuance of patta, within a reasonable time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Petitioners have filed these writ petitions seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose and pass orders on the petitioners' representation dated 27.01.2015 seeking issuance of patta, within a reasonable time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3.The petitioner in W.P.No.8754 of 2015 is the son of late.Ramasamy and the petitioner in W.P.No.8755 of 2015 is the daughter-in-law of late Ramasamy and wife of T.R.Raju, brother of the petitioner in W.P.No.8754 of 2015. In the representation, the petitioners seek for grant of patta based on the Civil Court decrees in O.S.Nos.226 of 2009 and 167 of 2012. The petitioners would state that in the said suits, compromise was arrived between the Rokkaraj and T.R.Raju, and pursuant to which they are entitled for patta. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 27.01.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after considering the documents produced by the petitioners and after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners and orders shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.These writ petitions are disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
