Respondents PRAYER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned communication in N.K.No.5401/B1/2017 dated 06.10.2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same; consequently direct the respondents 3 & 4 to cancel the sale deeds in document Nos.1635/2014, 1636/2014, 1637/2014, 1638/2014, 1715/2014, 1716/2014, 1717/2014, 1718/2014, 1719/2014, 1895/2014, 1896/2014, 2047/2014, 2267/2014, 2860/2014, 2979/2014, 2980/2014, 3558/2014, 3858/2014, 305/2015 and 2058/2015 on the file of the 4th respondent with immediate effect and further direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry in this regard and to take necessary action in accordance with law within a reasonable period to be fixed by this Court.
