ORDER

A part of the order dated 16.02.2024 has not been complied so far. Hence, the petitioner is compelled to re-open the contempt petition which has been already closed by granting eight weeks time for disbursal of the amount from the date of production of bills and vouchers

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the above order dated 02.08.2024, he has produced all the vouchers and bills. But, still the amount has not yet been disbursed.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view to issue statutory notice.

4. Issue statutory notice to the respondent returnable in four weeks. List the matter on 17.11.2025.
