ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.05.2024 by deleting Sarkar Manai from revenue records and adding Ryotwari Manai in the revenue records pertaining to land at Survey No. 146/19(part), Pymash No.972, Ward-G, Block-16, T.S.No. 14/3C1, Adambakkam Village, Alandur Taluk, Chennai District by virtue of G.O.Ms. No. 221 dated 04.05.2023 and G.O.Ms.No.105 dated 13.03.2024, Revenue and Disaster Management Department..
2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that the land originally was classified as Ryotwari Manai, however, it is wrongly classified as Sarkar Manai. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation on 18.05.2024 to rectify the UDR mistake, the same has not been considered. Hence, this writ petition.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
5. Since the limited relief is sought for in this writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.05.2024 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
