Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in this writ petition is to dispose of the representation dated 16.03.2020 which was already considered by the respondent and appropriate orders have been passed on 06.01.2021. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
2. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
