ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the proceedings of the second respondent in Che.Mu.Ka.No.A4-3326-2015 dated 19.05.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner into service, taking into account the proposal sent by the second respondent in no.A4/3326/2013 dated 15.12.2015 with all attendant and consequential benefits.

2.During the course of hearing, the learned Standing counsel for the respondent Corporation placing reliance on the proceedings dated 24.01.2019 issued by the second respondent, would submit that the petitioner was reinstated in service and he was joined in service also. 3.Considering the fact that the second respondent has issued proceedings 24.01.2019 to reinstate the petitioner back into service, in our 2/4

considered view, no further orders are required in this petition. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.

No costs.
