ORDER
This Arbitration Original Petition is filed to set aside the award dated 02.04.2019 and amended by addendum dated 30.04.2019 passed by the arbitrator in arbitration case A.F.No.12 of 2016.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and the parties are also present before this Court.
3. It is seen from the records that this matter was referred to the Mediation and now the mediation has filed a report stating that the matter has been settled. A joint compromise memo, which was signed by all the parties, was also placed before this Court along with the mediation report.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this matter may be disposed of in terms of the said joint compromise memo. 2/4
5. Recording the above submission, this Original Petition is disposed of in terms of the said joint compromise memo entered between the parties on 07.02.2023. The said joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order.
6. Since this matter is settled out of Court, the Registry is directed to refund the eligible Court fee to the petitioner in accordance with law. 20.02.2023 Speaking/Non-speaking order Index : Yes / No nsa 3/4
