N.SENTHILKUMAR.J, Today, this matter is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, this Court, vide order dated 22.05.2025 disposed of the Writ Petition. However, in the prayer of the said order, inadvertently, a typographical error has crept in wherein, the name of the Revenue Village is typed as Chitharkadu Madura Nanganallur instead of Chitharkadu Madura Nangalathur, which requires to be modified.

3. After perusing the order dated 22.05.2025, more specifically, the prayer, this Court is satisfied that the name of the Revenue Village, which is typed as Chitharkadu Madura Nanganallur should be modified as Chitharkadu Madura Nangalathur, and accordingly, in the prayer of the order dated 22.05.2025, the said corrections shall be carried out.

4. All the other observations made in the earlier order dated 22.05.2025 shall remain intact.

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2025 by holding an enquiry and to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to fence the property.

2. Though the prayer sought for in the Writ petition is civil in nature, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner confines to the extent that his representation dated 15.05.2025 be disposed of. The 2nd respondent is directed to hold an enquiry after giving opportunity to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 herein and after giving due notice to fix the date and time for the personal enquiry. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
