This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2020 and to pass appropriate orders thereon within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 22.09.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for restoration of the patta, by adding the name of the petitioner.

Mr.M.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the fourth respondent has already called the parties for enquiry on 19.12.2020 at 3.00 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the fourth respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to conduct the enquiry after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 5 to 8 and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
