ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested on 27.08.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 307 of IPC r/w Section 25(1B)(a), 27(1) of Arms Act 1959, in Crime No.417 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there was land dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, as a result of which, the petitioners had shoot the defacto complainant with rifle and caused injuries. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners have been in jail from 27.08.2021. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are four previous cases pending as against A1 and two previous cases pending as against A2 and A3. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

5.Considering the previous cases pending as against the petitioners and they have involved in very serious offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 15/09/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
