vi) For permanent injunction restraining the 3rd defendant from assuming charges as a Rotary International Director and discharging the duties as a rotary International Director, from taking any decision, passing any resolutions any other activities in the capacity as RI Director; vii) Granting such further or other relief as deemed fit For Plaintiff(s):

JUDGMENT

Today, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs has circulated a Memo seeking permission to withdraw the suit and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the same, the present Suit is hereby Dismissed as Withdrawn. Registry is directed to refund the Court Fee as per Rules. There shall be no order as to costs.
