2.In paragraph-3 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner has explained the reasons for the delay.
3.Mr.Elephant G.Rajendran, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not explained the reasons for the delay in a proper manner, hence, the delay should not be condoned.
4.The objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondents is recorded.
5.However, we are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. The delay is condoned. The petition is ordered.
