This petition has been filed to modify condition 7[b] imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9409 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023, by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9409 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
