This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16591 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that, this Court while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16591 of 2022 on 18.07.2022 had imposed a condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two blood related sureties.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a widower and her parents also expired and therefore she is not having blood relative. Hence, he prays for necessary modifications.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two local sureties.
