ORDER

The present application has been filed seeking leave to sue. According to the plaintiff, the respondents are staying outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The learned counsel pointed out that the respondents have published various articles which can be viewed within the jurisdiction of this Court

through online and social media. It is further submitted that the website addresses have been furnished in Schedule A, containing 87 URLs; Schedule B, containing URLs 1-17; Schedule C, containing URLs 1 to 12; Schedule D, containing URLS 1 to 9; and Schedule E, containing URLs 1 to 29.

3. According to the plaintiff, all the said articles have apparently been published with an intention to defame the plaintiff and are capable of being viewed within the jurisdiction of this Court through online and social media.

4. Accordingly, leave to sue is granted.

5. The Registry is directed to number the suit and list the matter on 14.05.2026, if it is other wise in order.
