O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the 6th respondent states that large name board outside the school premises will be taken down by him within two days.

2. The Inspector of Matriculation Schools has issued an order dated 09.06.2015 to the effect that all educational activities of St.Joseph group of institutions in Chennai are banned from 2015 and that no education activity shall be carried out at the place in any name. This, to our mind, takes sphere of the unauthorised running of educational activities which the private respondents state that in any case, they have now stopped.

3. The authorities concerned will ensure that no activity for which prior permission is required is carried out without proper sanction.
