O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.12243 of 2020, order dated 07.09.2020 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.12243 of 2020, on 07.09.2020 is modified to that effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the concerned police station on first day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
