The present application has been filed to grant leave to the applicants/ plaintiffs herein to file the above suit against the respondents/ defendants 1, 2, 4 and 5 before this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
3. .Considering the fact that the suit had been filed challenging the election of the third respondent and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application and being satisfied with the same, the A.No.2800 of 2025 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondents/ defendants 1, 2, 4 and 5 before this Court.
