This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.5818/2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6312/2023 dated 27.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on every 1st Saturday of the month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
