This Criminal Original Petition for change of investigation is filed on the ground that 2 1⁄2 sovereign gold chain worn by the minor child has been stolen during the marriage festival.

The petitioner suspected one Dass close friend of the petitioner. However, the police has enquired and found that there is no evidence to fix Dass as the perpetrator of the crime. 3.
The case of this nature, unless and until, there is no clear proof, it is difficult for any Investigating Agency to track the crime. If the petitioner has any specific proof about any person whom they suspect, it is for them to submit the particulars to the police to probe into. Change of investigation is not the remedy for this. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
