ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.07.2021 for the offence under Sections 394 r/w 397 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.282 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have robbed a sum of Rs.5,000/- from the defacto complainant at knife point.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there are two previous cases as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are two previous cases as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
