2. The petitioner seeks a mandamus simplicitor directing the sole respondent Joint Commissioner of Customs, Chennai to consider and pass orders on its requests dated 25.02.2023 and 24.03.2023.
3. Mrs.Hemalatha, on instructions, would accede to the pendency of the requests before the respondent.
4. Hence and in light of there being no objection expressed for mandamus as sought for, the respondent is directed to hear the petitioner and pass orders on requests dated 25.02.2023 and 24.03.2023, within a period of six (6) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner.
