Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order extending the time granted by this Honble Court to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11176 of 2021 dated 30.06.2021 to surrender and furnish sureties pass such further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.GEETHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 30.06.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to surrender and furnish sureties.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to surrender before the concerned Court and execute the sureties. All other conditions remain unaltered.
