This petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting on the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders before the respondent police imposed by this Court by an Order in Crl.M.P.No.538 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.29949 of 2019 dated 20.01.2020.

2. Heard. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
