This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders vide order dated 28.04.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.9063 of 2023.

2. Heard. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
