Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of declaration, declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in repeatedly referring the petitioner to the Medical Board and putting him back in the previous post of Driver based on the report given by the Medical Board, Krishnagiri as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to continue the petitioner in the post of Helper and also to pay him salary and all other attendant benefits from 27.11.2013, award cost.
