Common Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to implement the award dated 23.11.2015 in Ka.No.E/183/2005 passed by the 1st respondent authority under the Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishment (Conferment of Permanent Status to Workmen) Act, 1981 to given conferment of permanent status to our services along with all other benefits and in the petitioners 1 to 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, 14 to 16, 18 to 23 concern it is further direct the 2nd respondent to give conferment of permanents status to the them at least from the year 2007 itself.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of

mandamus to direct the respondents to implement the award dated 23.11.2015 in Ka.No.E/183/2005 passed by the 1st respondent authority under the Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishment (Conferment of Permanent Status to Workmen) Act, 1981.

2. In view of the disposal of writ petitions in W.P.Nos.44, 27149, 29286 of 2016 vide order dated 18.07.2023, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
