O R D E R

In this petition, on 30.01.2020, this Court passed the following order:

"The suit property, which is the subject matter in O.S.No.17 of 2017, is already under mortgage. Under these circumstances, both the appellant as well as the respondent are restrained from alienating the suit schedule property, till the appeal suit is disposed of.

2. Post the matter after two weeks."

Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition is ordered accordingly.
