The father of the deceased lady has filed these petitions seeking to implead himself to be heard during the proceedings in the Criminal Original Petitions which petitions had been filed seeking interference with further progress of S.C.No.112 of 2016 now pending on the file of the Mahila Court, Chennai. Such application seeking interference had been filed by A1 and A2. These two petitions are being filed as stated to implead.

2.After hearing the learned counsel and also the learned Senior Counsel and the learned Government Advocate, though the role of impleading petitioner would be quite limited, still I find that it may not prejudice the case to be advanced on behalf of the A1 and A2 whose arguments shall be heard dehors any point putforth by the petitioner herein.

3.With the said observations, both the miscellaneous petition are allowed.
