This petition is filed to condone the delay of 837 days in filing the above appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 837 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to 'Samarpana', No.10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Near Retteri, Kolathur Post, Chennai-99, [Savings Bank Account No.10156284387, State Bank of India, Jawahar Nagar Branch, Chennai, IFSC Code SBIN000758, Contact person: Mr.B.M.Sridhar, Mobile No.9282112830], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. It is made clear that the petitioner/appellant shall not be entitled for any interest for the compensation amount enhanced, if any, in the appeal.
