This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7411 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13143 of 2020 on 15.12.2020 to signed before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
