(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) It is conceded that unless the Digital Banners of the petitioner falls within the purview of Rule 11 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies (Permission for Erection of Digital Banners and Placards) Rules 2011, the same cannot be installed. The particular facts of the case, as to what is the nature of the digital banner and the photographs therein have not been filed as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
