..Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the first respondent in the proceedings bearing G.O. (P) No.51, Tourism, Culture & Endowments (Ane 2-2) dated 18.03.2015 rejecting the request of the petitioner dated 16.07.2014 for review of the suspension order passed by the first respondent as against the petitioner on 05.07.2013 and quash the same.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.03.2015 rejecting the petitioner's request to review the order of suspension.

Inasmuch as the order of suspension has been revoked by the Government in G.O.(D).No.149 dated 07.10.2015 and that the petitioner has been reinstated into the service pursuant to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the proceedings of the Commissioner dated 07.10.2015, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is closed. No costs, consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
