Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent bank to sanction and disburse th Educational Loan of Rs.2,32,000/- to A.Sathish, the son of the petitioner for his entire academic years as per the fees structure of the Institution viz., Balaji Institute of Engineering and Technology, Thandalam (I.T.High Way) near Thiruporur, Kanchipuram District for his Bachelor Degree (Mechanical Engineering Course).
