The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to return back the original educational certificates of petitioner such as 1) 10th mark sheet 2) 12th mark sheet 3) community certificate 4) Transfer Certificate based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2021 within a time frame.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representation to the respondents seeking return of her original educational qualification certificates and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition. 2/4

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, this Court may issue direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2021 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2021, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
