Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, Directing the 1st and 2nd respondent herein, and any officials, agents, contractors and employees and any personnel acting on their behalf or in their stead or deriving from their authority, to refrain from taking possession of the lands comprised in Survey Nos. 33, 34, 44/1, 45/3, 31, 94/1A, 94/2A, 99/3, 104, 213/1, 213/2 and 217/2 in Valasaravakkam Village, Chennai; to refrain from interfering with the possession of the said lands, to refrain from indulging in any attempts towards alienating them or securing them for future alienation or possession, and to refrain from in any way interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession of the said lands, pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner dated 15/05/2025 and until adjudication of Review petition intended to be filed by petitioner in W.A.1231 of 2024 on the basis of liberty granted by Honorable Supreme Court in SLP Diary no.1831 of 2025.

ORDER
In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to 3rd respondent is dispensed with.
2.The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent and any officials, agents, contractors and employees and any personnel acting on their behalf or in their stead or deriving from their authority, to restrain from taking possession of the lands comprised in S.Nos.33, 34, 44/1, 45/3, 31, 94/1A, 94/2A, 99/3, 104, 213/1, 213/2, and 217/2, in Valasaravakkam Village, Chennai to refrain from interfering with the possession of the said lands, to refrain from indulging in any attempts towards alienating them or securing them for future alienation or possession, and to refrain from in any way interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession of the said lands, pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner dated 15.05.2025 and until adjudication of Review Petition intended to be filed by petitioner in W.A.No.1231 of 2024 on the basis of liberty granted by Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP Diary No.1831 of 2025. 3/6
3.In view of the fact that review has already been filed nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 4.In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
