[Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.] On this day, when CMP No.541 of 2016 in Cross Objection Sr.No.864 of 2016, filed praying for exemption from payment of Court fee, came up for hearing, Mr.G.Ilangovan, learned counsel for the Cross Objectors submitted that the Civil Miscellaneous Petition can be dismissed as withdrawn. Submission is placed on record.

2. Placing on record the above submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel, CMP No.541 of 2016, is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Learned counsel for the Cross Objectors submitted that the required Court fee would be paid within one week from today.

4. Post the Cross Obj. Sr.No.864 of 2016 on 27.06.2017.
