ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondent to correct and rectify the date of birth of the petitioner as 01.07.1967 as per Birth Certificate in her Service Book, Service Register, NPS records, and all other connected official records instead of 01.07.1966 considering the petitioner's representations dated 11.03.2026 and subsequent reminder dated 30.04.2026, this petition is filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Ramasamy Maiyappan, Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), who takes notice for the respondent.

3. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 11.03.2026 and 30.04.2026 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
