ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following prayer:

"To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue orders and sanction leave as "leave without pay and allowance with Medical Certificate" instead of "leave without pay and allowance" for the period from 06.11.2011 to 07.11.2011 - 2 days and 02.02.2012 to 24.09.2012 - 236 days and correspondingly enter the corrections in the Service Book of the petitioner for the continuity of Service, Service Benefits including for Count of Pension based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2018." 2.According to the petitioner, in regard to the relief as prayed for as above, a detailed representation has been addressed to the 1st respondent on 24.12.2018. But the representation has not been disposed of and hence, the petitioner is before this Court seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, today the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that he has no objection by giving a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

4.In view of the limited prayer being sought for in the writ petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

The 1st respondent, to whom the representation has been submitted on 24.12.2018 in regard to the relief in the writ petition, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
