2. The petitioner has approached the second respondent seeking permission to run the petition mentioned bunk shop.

3. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the petitioner's representation is disposed of, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner. 2/4

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
