PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take the complaint dated 08.12.2014 given by the petitioner on file and conduct enquiry in a manner known to law against the respondents 2 and 3 in respect of the atrocities committed by them and take appropriate action on the basis of the outcome of the enquiry.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to take the complaint dated 08.12.2014 given by the petitioner on file and conduct enquiry against Respondent 2 and 3.

2.The petitioner raised certain allegations against the respondents 2 and 3 / Police Authorities.
3. This Court cannot conduct an elaborate adjudication in respect of such allegations and further, the complaint was given in the year 2014. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent Forum for the purpose of adjudication of these issues and redress his grievances. 4.With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
