2. This matter was referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras by order of this Court dated 15.03.2017. A report is received from the Mediator under cover of communication dated 12.10.2017 enclosing the joint memorandum of compromise as entered into between the parties.

3. Placing the same on record and making the same a part and parcel of this judgment, this suit is closed as settled. Consequently, connected application is closed. No costs.
