O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 24.06.2014 for permanent absorption into service and consequently appoint the Petitioner on regular basis in the post of Mazdoor / Helper on permanent basis on par with other similarly placed persons brought into regular establishment in the year 2011, with all consequential and other attendant benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Even though the petitioner has submitted his representation to the second respondent dated 24.06.2014, the second respondent has not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction. 3.

Considering the limited scope of prayer, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and after conducting enquiry, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
