ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 in connection with the case in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.323 of 2025 and FIR has not been registered.
3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from today. If the petitioner's appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
